FREE WORKING-PARENT CULTURE SCORECARD

A useful diagnostic, not another wellbeing quiz

Built around Treasure Time’s CARE Method, the scorecard helps you assess four areas that shape how supported working parents actually feel at work.

C — Care through change
How well you support parents through parental leave, returning to work and changing family circumstances.

A — Acknowledge openly
Whether parenthood is visible and accepted, and employees feel safe using the support available to them.

R — Real support
Whether support reaches the real pressures parents experience, including life outside work.

E — Equip managers
Whether managers have the clarity and confidence to support working parents consistently.

Use it to identify where your organisation is already strong, where the gaps are and what to focus on next.

frequently asked questions

Practical answers for People teams.

Need to take the case to leadership? We'll help you make it clear, commercial and measurable.

Will this actually make a difference for our employees?

Yes. Treasure Time is designed to change what employees experience at home, not simply give them more content to consume. Parents apply a practical, guided approach every week, while your organisation tracks shifts in employer loyalty and retention sentiment before and after the programme.

Recent data shows a shift before and after Treasure Time in retention intentions (71% to 100%), loyalty to employers (86% to 100%) and rating leadership as valuing emotional wellbeing of staff (71% to 100%).

How do we get started?

Most employers begin with one eight-week Founding Cohort. We agree what success looks like, establish a baseline, invite the first group and take care of delivery. At the end, you have the participant experience and the data to decide what comes next.

How long to see results?

Most parents notice a significant shift in their relationships at home after the first session and they report a drop in parenting stress within the first month. The systems we build create a compound effect that strengthens over time.

Who is Treasure Time for?

Treasure Time is for employers who want to provide meaningful support for working parents. Our programmes support parents and carers of children from the early years through primary school, with guidance adapted to different ages and stages.

How does Treasure Time support working parents?

We give parents practical support with the parts of family life that can create pressure alongside work. Parents learn skills around connection, communication, boundaries, emotions and child development, with a weekly practice that helps them use what they are learning at home. It's much more than just an employee benefit — it's a human performance programme for working parents that improves relational skills that can be used in the workplace as well as at home.

What does our People team need to do?

Very little. We agree the cohort and what you want to measure, then Treasure Time manages communications, onboarding, programme delivery, participant materials and impact reporting. Your People team has one point of contact throughout.

How do you measure impact?

We agree what matters to your organisation before the programme begins and establish a baseline with participants. At the end, we repeat the agreed measures and report on engagement, parent experience and changes in the measures you selected. We provide this in a report to your People team at the end of each cohort.

How does Treasure Time make a difference for parents?

Treasure Time gives parents practical relationship skills to support the connection at home. Treasure Time gives parents an easy to implement weekly ritual that gives their relationship dedicated space even when family life is busy, and techniques to maintain strong connection that they can use long after the programme ends.

How does Treasure Time reduce parenting stress?

Research shows us that when children feel securely connected to their caregivers, their demands decrease. Many parents tell us that they'll be physically present with their child, but mentally elsewhere, or multitasking between jobs - and children can feel the difference. By giving a short, focused amount of time and attention through play (the child's natural language) children's connection cup gets filled, demands reduce and parenting stress lowers.
