the programme

One programme. Fully delivered. Measured before and after.

Treasure Time gives a small cohort of working parents eight weeks of therapist-guided support, practical play at home and peer connection — while your People team receives manager enablement and evidence of the cultural impact.

fully delivered

Expert support that reaches all the way home

Treasure Time is an eight-week, workplace-funded programme for small cohorts of working parents. Each week includes one live online therapist-guided session, followed by one screen-free 30-minute play practice at home. Therapist-designed creative materials are delivered to participants in their Treasure Time box.

Behind the scenes, we take care of onboarding, communications, delivery and engagement, so your People team can offer meaningful support without having to run it.

FOR EMPLOYERS That Care

Support your working parents will love. Fully delivered for you.

Treasure Time runs support programmes for working parents. We coordinate cohorts, lead live sessions, deliver play materials to each participant's home and provide employers with a clear summary of engagement and impact.

Setup

We make joining easy

We help you invite the right parents, then take care of onboarding, scheduling and everything participants need to get started. Your People team has one point of contact throughout.

receive

Everything your parents need, delivered to their door

Every parent receives a Treasure Time box filled with therapist-approved materials for their weekly practice. There’s nothing for parents to source or prepare, and nothing for your team to organise or ship.

meet

Parents meet, share, connect and build relationships across the organisation

Parents join live sessions led by a qualified play therapist, learning practical skills they can use at home straight away. Sessions fit around school runs and deadlines. Parents find a rhythm without adding another burden to their week. Parents feel seen and supported by other parents in the organisation, increasing feelings of loyalty and connection.

Practice

One screen-free play practice each week

Guided connection that fits into time parents already spend with their child. Parents put what they learn into practice through 30 minutes of child-led play with their child each week. It gives them a simple way to practise listening, following their child’s lead and responding to what they need, while giving the relationship regular, undivided attention. The compound effect builds fast.

To know your employer is so invested in you to give you that time every week to invest back into your family means so much. It makes you feel so valued.

our approach

The CARE method

Most employers care about their working parents. Many already have good policies and benefits in place. But the experience of being a parent at work is shaped by what happens day to day: whether parenthood is visible, whether managers understand the pressures parents are navigating, whether there are opportunities to connect with others, and whether support makes a meaningful difference to life outside work.

The CARE Method helps employers close the gap between offering support and employees genuinely feeling supported.

C

Care through change

Support parents through the moments when family and working life change, including parental leave, returning to work, childcare transitions and changing family circumstances.

A

Acknowledge openly

Make parenthood visible and accepted across the organisation, so employees feel able to use the support available without worrying about how it will be perceived.

R

Real support

Offer practical support for the pressures parents are actually experiencing, including life outside work, so employer care is tangible rather than something that exists mainly in policy.

E

Equip managers

Help managers understand the realities of working parenthood and give them the confidence to bring policies and parent-supportive culture to life in everyday interactions.
